Ultimate Spicy Veggie Pizza on Cauliflower Crust
I was so excited to go to my first Sprouts this week! I love Whole Foods and don’t like Trader Joe’s. Now I officially love Sprouts. My favorite things were the affordable store brands of certain items. I ended up getting a cauliflower pizza crust, jarred cherry peppers, and artichoke hearts. Obviously I was making a pizza with this, so I went ahead and got cheese and an organic spicy Arrabiata sauce. The pizza turned out really good, and you can do this on any crust, but this combo was amazing. Also, cherry peppers are my new favorite thing, along with cauliflower crust. This is all you do:
Total Time: 20 minutes
1 cauliflower pizza crust (I used this brand)
½ cup arrabiata sauce
4 ounces freshly grated mozzarella
2 cups raw arugula or baby spinach
5-6 jarred cherry peppers, torn in half
4-6 jarred artichoke hearts
4-6 fresh torn basil leaves
2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
Olive oil spray
Salt and pepper
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray, and set the cauliflower crust on it.
- Add the sauce, mozzarella, arugula or spinach, cherry peppers, artichoke hearts, and goat cheese. Spray the top with a mist of olive oil spray, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Baking for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and melty.
