Mission Fig Yogurt Bowl with Homemade Granola
This is super easy, barely a recipe since there’s no real cooking involved. It’s a good summery recipe that may just make you feel like you’re in Greece.
I’m writing this recipe as a way to use Homemade Coconut Almond Granola. There are endless ways to enjoy your granola, but this is just a little inspiration.

2 black mission figs
1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
Drizzle of honey
- Quarter the figs.
- In a bowl, add the yogurt.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup of granola on top.
- Add the figs, and finish with a drizzle of honey.
