Bacon in the Oven

This is a less messy, slightly less fattening way to cook bacon.  I hate how bacon makes the whole kitchen feel greasy.  Cooking it in the oven is much easier.  Here’s how:


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Get a sheet pan with fitted with a baking rack.
  3. Line the bacon on the rack.
  4. Cook for 18 minutes.
  5. Raise the temperature to 425 and continue cooking for 6-8 minutes until they are done to your liking.
