Bacon in the Oven
This is a less messy, slightly less fattening way to cook bacon. I hate how bacon makes the whole kitchen feel greasy. Cooking it in the oven is much easier. Here’s how:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Get a sheet pan with fitted with a baking rack.
- Line the bacon on the rack.
- Cook for 18 minutes.
- Raise the temperature to 425 and continue cooking for 6-8 minutes until they are done to your liking.
